Why Wedding Albums Matter: Your First Family Heirloom

I want to tell a story about a young married couple, who for a variety of reasons, does not have a wedding album. You may be surprised to learn, that is actually us. Yep, our own investment in photography lives in a few scattered memories on Facebook and some low resolution photos on my phone. Five years later, we finally got around to displaying a nice big metal print above our bed, but still don’t have a wedding album.

There are many reasons why we encourage couples to get an album, but the bottom line is your photos are one of the few remaining items that live on in your family to cherish and tell your wedding story for years to come.

Once your wedding is over, months of planning have been realized and life as a married couple begins. When you look back you’ll realize that your wedding day is one of the few times you will have a professional photographer documenting so many personal moments at once, which is why we believe it's important to preserve those memories through print. And in our quest to find the perfect album offering for our couples, we knew only the highest quality, most elegant albums would do.

INVESTMENT

There’s no denying that your wedding album is an investment. It’s meant to stand the test of a lifetime. A few weeks ago I found my grandparentr’s wedding album, they were married in the early 50s, so I did not expect high quality. But still, I was devastated to find it was basically un-salvagable. I maintained a few images, but the book itself was useless.

That’s why we believe the investment in your wedding album is one of the most important decisions you make, as it's truly the first heirloom you are purchasing for your newly-formed family. Your album will not only be unique and made to stand the test of time, but all albums are truly lay-flat to avoid any seams through your photos, are bound in high quality Italian leathers, and offer the thickest, most durable pages so they will never warp, and are all delivered with a protective leatherette or wood box.

Introducing Walnut Boxes

While all our wedding albums come with a complementary black leatherette box, we now offer a premium upgrade to custom walnut box with engraving of your name, date or even a custom logo. These beauties not only protect the box, but make a beautiful eye-catching displaying in your home.

It’s Never too Late

Whether you were married a few months ago, or a few years ago - it is 100% never too late to make your album. We work with couples to design the album to their liking and select the finishing touches that complement your design and vibe. Further, we offer flexible payment plans making it easy to get the album of dreams.

Print your photos. Preserve your memories.
