Emotion-Filled Wedding at The Ashford Estate | Rebecca + Jacob

Full disclosure: Becca is a long time friend of ours, having both worked with Ben and Ashley in previous jobs. So imagine how incredibly honored we were to play the role of photographer on their big day. Becca is the best kind of bride: she’s an event planner by trade so she’s very organized, but also trusting by nature, allowing her vendors to do their thing. The only downfall to this entire day: the weather was awful.

However, Becca and Jacob did not let that ruin a damn thing. Despite the fact that we pretty much couldn’t explore the amazing gardens at the Estate, we managed to create some incredible images while keeping the couple dry. Becca and Jacob met at work a few years earlier and it was obvious that they are a perfect balance for each other. Becca has a super big heart and Jake is fun and laid back: this vibe made for some really fun photos.

The couple were reminded about their early dating days, Becca’s love for target and other special moments during their short and sweet ceremony, before heading out to the grand ballroom to party the night away. After many incredible speeches, the DJ brought the house down, Becca changed into sneakers and many witnessed one of the best wedding parties in a long time. Congrats Becca + Jacob!
